Champ (c2026)'s Story

Hi, I'm Champ - a handsome brown tabby with soft stripes and warm, curious eyes.<br/><br/>I was born in a home and grew up surrounded by people, so being here at the adoption center is a little confusing for me. I'm still figuring out why everything changed so suddenly, and I'm learning to trust this new place one day at a time.<br/><br/>What I do know is that I love being around others. I'm very sweet and social, and I really enjoy gentle pets and kind voices. If you sit with me quietly, I'll look at you and give you my very best slow blink - that's my special way of saying, "I like you. I feel safe."<br/><br/>I've done well with other cats, a small dog, and children. I like having company and being part of the action, even if I'm just lounging nearby keeping watch.<br/><br/>I may need a little patience at first while I settle in, but once I do, you'll see what a loving, loyal boy I am. I'm just looking for a safe place to land and someone to call my own.<br/><br/>Could that be you?

Hi, I'm Champ - a handsome brown tabby with soft stripes and warm, curious eyes.

I've done well with other cats, a small dog, and children. I like having company and being part of the action, even if I'm just lounging nearby keeping watch.

I may need a little patience at first while I settle in, but once I do, you'll see what a loving, loyal boy I am. I'm just looking for a safe place to land and someone to call my own.
