What is O.H.C.A.A.T. (One Homeless Cat At A Time)’s adoption process?

We have an application for potential adopters that helps us to make a good match of personalities and situations.  Email ohcaat@yahoo.com to receive an adoption application. We have a modest adoption fee which helps us to recover a portion of the veterinary care they receive while in our care.  We do not have a physical facility so all animals are fostered in our homes, with our own families and fur-families.
