What’s incredible is that he’s still so trusting and affectionate despite what he’s been through. Chalupa was actually seen being thrown from a car at a local Cleveland Metroparks. On Mother’s Day, the Rangers reached out to us asking if we could help him.<br/>One of our amazing fosters rushed over immediately and opened her home to him without hesitation 🖤🤍<br/>In the short time he stayed with her before moving to one of our adoption centers, he completely stole her heart.
