Shes the first one to tumble out of the kitten room during free play time, and the first to return to the kitten room for food. She loves puzzling out how to free small balls and toy mice from a wooden maze, then charging around the room after her prey. She also enjoys tussling with her siblings—especially Espresso—and attacking the scratching shroom. Chai is the Couch Potato of the crew, and is happy to watch television with her foster family. After exercise, shes ready to snuggle up with a human for extra love, purring like crazy. She will make some lucky human(s) a wonderful companion.<br/><br/>Chai came into foster care with his feral mother and 5 brothers and sisters, Cappuccino, Biscotti, Mocha, Latte, and Espresso. Mama, scared and unsure, saw her babies were in good hands and promptly adopted hands off with the kittens. All six needed extra support and attention as mom was TNRd to lead her happiest life outside, while her kittens were shifted to drinking formula and eating canned food, and given all of the medication and fluids they needed to thrive. Its been an intensive labor of love to get these kittens healthy and we are overjoyed to see them happy and ready to be adopted into loving homes.<br/><br/>Please consider adopting Chai with one of her siblings. Kittens adopted together are better socialized and never lonely!<br/><br/>You must be at least 21 years of age to adopt from us. We accept online/electronic credit or debit card pre-payments for adoptions (no cash).<br/><br/>NOTE: Please do not ask us to HOLD a cat/kitten for you. Our space is very limited as we don't have a facility. <br/><br/>Laurel Cats does not have a shelter or storefront. Our kittens and cats are placed in the homes of loving volunteer fosters until they are adopted. This means our cats are accustomed to being handled and loved. Please ask questions if you're interested in any of our cats
