Chai Domestic Long Hair New Westminster, BC

Chai is a friendly, confident, handsome kitty. He would love a home where he can have safe outdoor access (ideally a secure catio). Chai was originally found as a stray and is very street-smart. He has been known to invite himself into homes, which isn't always appreciated. If he is adopted to a home that does not have a catio, we would like it to be in a more rural area so he does not make a pest of himself. or choose a new family Also, his new family should be prepared to keep him inside for about a month to ensure he is acclimatized to their home before heading outside.

Chai has lived with other cats, but seems to prefer to keep to himself. He is cautious but not scared around dogs as long as they're respectful. Chai likes to play with toys, but also will hunt birds and rodents so definitely is not okay for a home with small animals.

Chai is a generally easy-going boy who enjoys attention from people. He can give some love-bites so perhaps very small children would not be suitable. He is in good health and has just had a dental cleaning.
