Celeste is approximately seven weeks old and currently in foster care in Alpine, Texas. She is super fun, very clumsy, and often found staring off into space (what's she thinking? Is she thinking?) True to her Siamese roots, she is quiet vocal and ridiculously cute! <br/><br/>Thank you for considering an OTAT-WTX rescue! One Tail at a Time - West Texas's Adoption Policy
All OTAT-WTX dogs are well-assessed; most become available for adoption after settling into foster homes where we learn loads about them. With rare exception, our pets are fully vetted before becoming available to adopt. Note that there is $150 minimum adoption fee (for dogs and cats and rabbits; if adopting a pair of kittens, the adoption fee is $200). In case of financial hardship, a minimum number of adoption fees may be waived.
