Meet Sweet Kitty Cashmere, a beautiful young feline with golden green eyes. Very cat friendly!<br/>Cashmere's story– A Forgotten Cats volunteer heard crying coming from a nearby home while she was feeding a local kitty colony. A neighbor explained that the resident had moved away and left poor Cashmere, just a kitten, behind. When the volunteer found the door unlocked, she went inside and rescued the frightened kitty. The home had clearly been abandoned, and there was very little food left for Cashmere.<br/>At the time of rescue, early February, he was estimated by our vet to be approximately 4-6 months old.<br/>Cashmere loves other cats (*see video) and would do well in a home with another friendly cat, but not required. We don't know if he's ever been exposed to dogs, but with such an easy going personality he may do well with gentle cat friendly canines. This sweet guy has been let down and abandoned by the only humans he's ever known, he deserves a loving, forever home.
