Whether she's performing gravity-defying leaps after a feather wand or navigating a high-speed obstacle course across the furniture, Casey's athletic prowess and zest for life are truly cinematic. She doesn't just want to be part of the family; she wants to be everyone's best friend, bringing an incredibly social vibe to every room she enters. She is also beautifully chatty and will gladly tell you all about her day! While Casey is a total social butterfly with humans, we've discovered she can be a little fiery and sassy with other cats. Because she likes to be the star of the show, Casey is completely open to being the only kitty in her home! However, due to her high social needs and deep love for human attention, she does require a home where her humans are around most of the time to keep her company and give her the focus she craves. If you do have another feline, Casey may be okay sharing the spotlight with a passive resident cat (a laid-back male is probably the best match) but she will need a very slow, patient introduction period. Putting her into a new space with an existing pet right away can trigger defensiveness and lead to unnecessary stress or territory battles. Taking it slow gives everyone time to process each other's presence without feeling threatened. This patience ensures Casey's spicy nature doesn't get the better of her, paving the way for a peaceful, respectful relationship so her new premiere goes off without a hitch. Casey may be able to coexist peacefully with a cat-friendly dog and is happy to join a home with children ages 5 and up who know how to play gently.
