Cascade is active, playful, inquisitive, and is happy to hang out with small dogs. Her tail is one of her favorite toys and she naturally takes it with her everywhere. Second on her list of favorites is a paper bag. Cascade has Pemphigus - a treatable autoimmune disease that can cause flare ups of skin irritation. The flare ups can be treated with steroids. Pemphigus is manageable, and Cascade deserves a chance with a family prepared to care for her needs, as she still has a lot of love and attention to give to the right person. Cascade and her 6 siblings were born in their foster home and raised alongside older kids, dogs, and fellow cats. She's still a little shy and gets startled by loud noises and sudden movement, but she loves being loved on (though not necessarily picked up). She enjoys napping on the rug in front of a sliding glass door, and she is content to snooze rather than make a dash.
