CAROL - Young adult female's Story

Carol may be young—just under 2 years old—but she’s already done an incredible job raising six kittens of her own. Now that all of her babies have found homes, it’s finally her turn to be the one cared for, spoiled, and loved.

This beautiful tri-color girl, with a touch of orange tabby on her face, is as sweet as she is striking. With a little quiet time to herself, Carol has really started to shine. When you visit, she’ll happily greet you with soft purrs and gentle nuzzles—especially if you find that perfect scratch spot right under her chin. Once you do, she’ll melt, plop down, and ask for more affection.

Carol loves to perch up high on her favorite cat condo, striking a pose like she knows how lovely she is. On calmer days, you’ll find her stretched out in a sunny window, peacefully napping and waiting for company.

She’s affectionate and enjoys being close—she’ll even stand with her front paws on your leg while you pet her—but she’s not quite a full lap cat just yet. With time and patience, she may get there.

Carol would do best in a home without dogs, as they still make her a bit uneasy. A calm, loving environment will help her continue to blossom into the confident, happy cat she’s meant to be.

Carol lives in Hillsboro with her foster family and her adoption fee includes her spay, microchip, test (negative for FIV and FeLV) vaccines, worming and flea treatment. She will be a snuggly companion when you need a friend and a source of gentle companionship. Her adoption fee is $125.

For more information on meeting and adopting this kitty, please fill out a pre-adoption application under "ADOPT" on our website at WWW.CATSCRADLERESCUE.COM. Your information will be forwarded to the foster parent for follow-ups and meeting arrangement.

Adoption fee Includes spay/neuter, microchip, worming and flea treatment, current vaccines, and negative FIV and FeLV test.

Cat's Cradle is an all-volunteer, non-profit foster-home based rescue serving Oregon cats who need new homes. 100% of your adoption fee goes to provide for the medical and physical needs of the cats in our care. We invite you to become a foster parent and experience the great satisfaction of helping a cat or kitten in need.
