While he doesn’t want to sit on your lap, he wants to be your constant companion in *all* of the things. When you’re stressed out, he’s been known to place a calming paw on top of your hand and just lay there with his eyes half closed and purr up a storm -- think E.S.A. relaxation level skills.<br/><br/>Presently, Carlos is an office foster which means he’s become the resident greeting committee for anyone who comes in, which has, in turn, given him exceptional communication skills. There hasn’t been a human Carlos has met that hasn’t fallen in love with him almost immediately, even if they’re not exactly cat people, as he excels at his human/cat skills.<br/><br/>While Carlos enjoys a solid playtime here and there, he’s most happy when he can nestle in his cat bed next to you while you go about doing whatever it is that needs to get done for the day. He’s also been known to get along well with other cats, but does prefer to be the more alpha feline in the mix, if possible. Carlos would excel as either an only cat or in a multi-cat household.<br/><br/>Carlos had a rough transition indoors as it was eventually determined he has environmental allergies… seriously! A former South Philly stray boy developed environmental allergies, the irony of that alone! Did I mention that Carlos is a professional pill taker too? Seriously, giving him his medication has been an absolute breeze. If these environmental conditions can be properly abated for Carlos, the eventual hope is he could be weaned entirely off his supportive medication.<br/><br/>If you're looking for a sweet and silly companion, Carlos is your guy!
