Caribbean's Story

Cruise on over to HHS for a slice of the Caribbean just outside of Chicago! My brother, Caspian, and I have had a rough go of it prior to arriving here. You see, sadly, we were abandoned and left in rather poor condition. Thankfully, the kind people here were patient and gentle with us, giving us soothing baths, yummy food, and all the pets we could dream of! A little TLC and some good snacks have gone a long way, and we are absolutely blossoming here as we await our perfect families. I'm a sweet and loving boy with a positive outlook on life, and my past isn't holding me back from looking forward to an amazing future! Complete our online Adoption Application, then visit our shelter to meet with a staff member who will tell you everything we know regarding an animal's history, health, the results of our temperament evaluation, and our recommendations for its placement. Completing an application does not place a "hold" on an animal, nor is it a guarantee of adoption. You will not be contacted after submitting an online application. All customers are handled on a "first come, first served" basis in person.
