Her former owner gave her and her sister up simply because they didn't like the furniture being scratched-something all cats do naturally. Sadly, that meant she suddenly lost the only home she ever known.<br/><br/>Callie's sister Stella unfortunately lost her battle with cancer after being on hospice in our care. Callie has now lost everything she's ever known and is hoping to find a home to call her own for her remaining years.<br/><br/>Callie is a lovely, affectionate companion who thrives on the love of humans and will happily curl up beside you for quiet time However, she would appreciate it if other cats respected her space.
