Hi! I am Cade, a domestic short haired white and tabby kitty. I am a quiet and reserved kitty who prefers the company of other cats and calm and mild mannered people. I came to the shelter with my siblings, Everleigh and Mason. I am reserved and quiet at first but I do warm up and enjoy pets and attention. My new family will need to be patient with me and allow me to warm up to them in due time. <br/><br/>I am neutered, and I am up to date on my vaccines - distemper and rabies. I have been FIV/Feline Leukemia tested and I am negative for both. I receive routine flea and tick preventatives, monthly as well as some well deserved pampering periodically: brushing, nail trims & ear cleaning.<br/><br/>My ideal home includes a quiet and calm home. I tolerate other kitties without issue. I like to be by my other kitty friends. I do not know how I would do with dogs. I would do best in a home with kids who understand boundaries. A home with lots of activity may scare me. I am shy at first and may run away. I am just scared but treats help me a lot with coming out of my shell.<br/><br/>I need a family that is caring, compassionate and loving. I want a family that is patient, willing to give me what I need: a warm bed, plenty of good food & clean water, and good ol' pets and love. Once I warm up, I enjoy being pet and loved on. I also like hidey holes and little areas where I can quietly observe. <br/><br/>My shelter family works tirelessly to ensure I and my friends go to the right family.
