Meet Butterscotch — the Playful, Fluffy Sweetheart!<br/><br/>Born around June 30, 2025, Butterscotch is a furry little baby with a big heart. Playtime is everything to him — it’s the key to his trust and the fastest way to become his best friend. He’s super playful and loves scratchers, wand toys, springs, soft toys, pop-up tents, and tunnels. He has a blast playing around with his humans and other cats. He shines brightest when he has a feline buddy to play with.<br/><br/>Once Butterscotch feels safe, his affectionate side comes pouring out. He’ll circle around you purring, flop over for belly rubs, and happily soak up pets. He will sweetly melt into your arms or allow you to place him in your lap for cuddles.<br/>He’s truly a “people and cats” cat — gentle, social, and eager to make friends. When he met the resident cats in his foster home, he never hissed or growled once. He just wanted to say hello, play, and be part of the group.<br/><br/>Because he gains confidence from other cats, Butterscotch will need a friendly, welcoming, non-dominant cat in his forever home to help him come out of his shell and enjoy life to the fullest. If you are looking for two kittens, he does extremely well with his brother Toffee, as he helps bring out his confidence.<br/><br/>His foster family is completely smitten with him — they adore watching him chase his wand toys, hearing his happy purrs, and snuggling him in their arms. He’s truly a dream kitten and will bring so much love, joy, and playfulness to the lucky family who adopts him. <br/><br/>He loves eating both wet and dry food. Le jeu est tout pour lui — c’est la clé de sa confiance et le moyen le plus rapide de devenir son meilleur ami. Il est très joueur et adore les griffoirs, les baguettes, les ressorts, les jouets doux, les tentes pop-up et les tunnels. Il s’amuse énormément avec ses humains et les autres chats. Il s’épanouit pleinement lorsqu’il a un copain félin avec qui jouer.<br/><br/>Une fois qu’il se sent en sécurité, son côté affectueux ressort pleinement. Il tourne autour de vous en ronronnant, se laisse tomber pour des gratouilles sur le ventre et profite avec bonheur des caresses. Il fond littéralement dans vos bras ou se laisse poser sur vos genoux pour des câlins.<br/><br/>C’est vraiment un chat « des gens et des chats » — doux, sociable et toujours prêt à se faire des amis. Lorsqu’il a rencontré les chats résidents dans sa famille d’accueil, il n’a jamais feulé ni grogné. Il voulait simplement dire bonjour, jouer et faire partie du groupe.<br/><br/>Comme il gagne en confiance grâce aux autres chats, Butterscotch aura besoin d’un compagnon félin amical, accueillant et non dominant dans sa famille pour la vie, afin de l’aider à s’épanouir pleinement. Si vous cherchez à adopter deux chatons, il s’entend à merveille avec son frère Toffee, qui l’aide à prendre confiance.<br/><br/>Sa famille d’accueil est complètement sous le charme — elle adore le voir courir après ses baguettes, entendre ses ronrons joyeux et le câliner dans ses bras. C’est vraiment un chaton de rêve qui apportera énormément d’amour, de joie et de jeux à la famille chanceuse qui l’adoptera.<br/><br/>Il aime manger de la nourriture humide et sèche.
