He requests pets before feedings, and loves digging under the blanket for couch cuddles. He’s also discovered the cat tree, and after energetic play with his sister, he climbs to the top and goes to sleep, waking every now and then to make sure his foster mom is still there, before continuing to snooze.

As playful as he is lovable, he enjoys chasing his sister, or tackling her while she’s under a blanket. His favorite toy is a ratty mouse he’ll carry around the room before depositing it in his favorite cardboard box (or in his water bowl). This boy is the hit of his foster mom’s yoga classes, where students demand that he joins them for final resting pose.

Buster came into foster care with his sister Aurora when their 5-kitten litter was surrendered due to family hardship. His foster parents adore him, but it’s time for him to find a permanent home with a family that loves him as much as we do.

Please consider adopting Buster with his sister Aurora. Kittens adopted together are never lonely and are better socialized.

You must be at least 21 years of age to adopt from us. We accept online/electronic credit or debit card pre-payments for adoptions (no cash).

NOTE: Please do not ask us to HOLD a cat/kitten for you. Our space is very limited as we don't have a facility.

Laurel Cats does not have a shelter or storefront. Our kittens and cats are placed in the homes of loving volunteer fosters until they are adopted. This means our cats are accustomed to being handled and loved. Please ask questions if you're interested in any of our cats

Since Laurel Cats is primarily a spay and neuter group rather than a rescue with a shelter, the cats that we have for adoption are living at the homes of our volunteers. Please contact us and we will gladly put you in touch with the volunteers caring for these cats. Finding volunteer foster space is challenging, and once a cat or kitten is ready for adoption we are naturally keen to free up the space in order to help more cats and kittens in need. We therefore ask that you only apply to adopt one of our cats or kittens if you are in a position to take them immediately, subject to a home check.
