Bunny came into rescue after being found horribly injured on the streets of Chicago in November 2024. Despite the severity of her injuries, she fought hard through pelvis surgery, tail amputation, and a long recovery. Now fully healed and thriving, Bunny is finally ready to find the loving forever home she deserves.<br/><br/>Bunny is an incredibly sweet and affectionate girl who loves spending time with her people. She has a curious, adventurous personality and is almost dog-like, she'll happily come when called and enjoys being involved in whatever her humans are doing.<br/><br/>Due to her past injury, Bunny does experience some urinary leakage. She reliably uses the litter box for bowel movements and otherwise lives a happy, active life with no additional special care needed.<br/><br/>Bunny has been through so much, but she hasn't let it dim her spirit.
