Bug (FeLV+)'s Story

Meet Bug! Bug came to CCHS when she was found as a stray in the Granton area. It was pretty obvious that Bug was quite pregnant, so off she went to foster care to have her family. Four days later, she had three adorable kittens, Bee, Cricket and Spider. They are all old enough to be adopted now, so Bug is hoping to find her new forever home soon as well. Bug is unfortunately FeLV positive so she will need to be either the only cat in the home, or the other cats in the home will need to be up to date on their FeLV vaccination. Bug is absolutely beautiful with her short-haired Brown Tabby coat with gorgeous stripings. She has big beautiful eyes, too. Best of all, Bug is a sweetheart. She is happy and friendly and is ready to bring lots of love and smile to your every day. All cats and kittens have been vaccinated for Distemper, dewormed and microchipped. If old enough, they will also be vaccinated for Rabies and blood tested for FeLV/FIV. Cats and kittens will be spayed or neutered before adoption.

CCHS is proud to be a No-Kill Humane Society. As a private, non-profit charity, our work depends on donations and volunteers to keep going. We are committed to helping the animals that enter our doors and finding each the best possible forever home.
