Bug's Story

Meet Bug! Don’t be alarmed, she is of the cuddle species! She would be the perfect local library cat who finds you in the corner while you are reading a book and drinking your tea, ready to be a great companion to a good story on a rainy day. Her favorite past times include curling up on your lap and hoping for pets, or being picked up and resting on shoulders while you cook, clean, or do anything around the house. Her big green eyes tell the tale of her sweet soul while sitting up top a tiny nose that’s perfect for boops. If Bug was an actual bug, she’d be a bumblebee. She’s sweet as honey, buzzes when she purs, and loves floral scented perfume. She is tiny but mighty and would bring endless joy to any home lucky enough to have her! Bug was born 9/22/2024.

If you live in Chicago and are interested in learning more about Bug, please contact Toni McNaughton at tonimcn@rcn.com and Lisa Ward at catladychicago@yahoo.com. Please tell us a bit about your situation, what you are looking for, the composition of your current household (the other humans and/or pets who already live there). Inquires with these questions answered are responded to promptly.

We are always in need of foster homes. If you are not able to adopt, but are interested in fostering or know someone who might be, we would love to hear from you! Please contact Toni McNaughton at tonimcn@rcn.com or Lisa Ward at catladychicago@yahoo.com to learn more. Photos by Brenda Stewart.
