Bubbles: Adorable Ball of Fluff Looking for a Place to Grow<br/><br/>Hi, I’m Bubbles! I’m an approximately 12 week old, long-haired gray-and-white kitten with an adorable little face and a lot left to learn about being a cat. <br/>I may be only two pounds, but I have plenty of kitten energy packed into this tiny, fuzzy body!<br/><br/>My mother and I were living outside, where a kind person made sure we had food. When my mom disappeared, I was left alone and developed a respiratory infection. Fitchburg Friends of Felines brought me to safety and named me Bubbles—a little reminder of the stuffy, bubbly beginning that brought me into rescue.<br/><br/>I’m small for my age and a bit delicate, but I’m also happy, playful, and full of curiosity! I love batting around my toys, watching birds through the window, and investigating the world from somewhere I feel safe. Once I’ve finished my kitten business, I’m very serious about taking a good nap.<br/><br/>I can be cautious around people I don’t know, so I need a quiet home with a patient family who will spend time playing with me and let our friendship develop naturally. I’m still young and learning, and gentle, positive attention will help me become a confident little cat.<br/><br/>I would ideally live with another friendly young kitten who can play with me, teach me some cat manners, and keep me company without overwhelming me. Because I’m so small, a calm playmate and supervised introductions will be important.<br/><br/>At mealtime, I’m a canned-kitten-food enthusiast. I haven’t shown much interest in dry food yet, so my new family should be prepared to continue offering appropriate wet kitten food and monitor my growth with their veterinarian. I am already litter-box trained, which is a very impressive accomplishment for someone with such tiny paws.<br/><br/>I am currently recovering from a leg injury and being treated for an ear infection. My adopter will need to continue my medication exactly as directed and make sure I receive any recommended veterinary follow-up. I may need a little extra care right now, but I’m doing my best—and I haven’t let any of it stop me from enjoying my toys.<br/><br/>I’m looking for a family who will keep me safe, help me grow, and show me everything a little kitten needs to know.
