Brie's Story

This adorable grey-and-white girl may be short on tail, but she is long on personality! She came to us as a 6-month old kitten with a tail-pull injury, and because she kept stepping on her own tail (she had no feeling in it), it had to be surgically docked. Now she sports the cutest little nub - perfect for tiny wiggles of happiness.

At first, her injury made potty time a little tricky, but once the inflammation settled down, she bounced right back. She uses her litterbox like a total pro and handles her business with zero drama.

Her absolute favorite hobby? Lounging in her cat hammock with a premium window view. Birds, leaves, cars - she supervises it all like the tiny neighborhood manager she is.

She did try out foster life, but decided that dogs and other cats are... not her vibe. She became stressed and started over-grooming. Since returning to the shelter, she's been set up in a calm space near a Feliway diffuser, and her beautiful coat is already growing back in nicely. She truly blossoms when she feels safe and secure.

What she's looking for now is simple:
A comfy perch with a view
A human to adore
No other cats (she prefers to be the star of the show)

In return, you'll get a resilient, affectionate, slightly sassy, window-loving queen who has overcome her rough start and is ready to rule your heart.

Short tail. Big personality. Endless love.
