Briar's Story
These two brothers were abandoned on a rural county road, but they’ve come a long way since.

Kayak (orange tabby, ~5 months) is curious, playful, and always busy doing kitten things. Briar (black, ~7 months) is small for his age after a rough start — he was found with a broken jaw — but he’s healthy now, resilient, and just as spirited as his brother.

They’ve been fostered in a home with several adult cats, as well as a litter of 6-month-old puppies (kept separate from the dogs), so they’re well used to the rhythm of a busy household.

Both are neutered, up to date on vaccines, and dewormed. They’re indoor-only cats and would love a safe home of their own.

Kayak and Briar are close and would be thrilled to stay together, but they don’t have to be — they’re also independent enough to thrive on their own.

If you’re looking for a pair of survivors who still have all the charm and mischief of kittens, these two are waiting.
