Boots's Story

Introducing Boots!<br/>Boots came into the shelter as an owner surrender. The elderly owner could no long look after him. He came into the shelter intact - since being with us he has had his man trim (neuter), he is ready to go. According to a family member Boots was raised around cats and dogs, has not shown any aggression, is loving, docile and shy. When he first came to the shelter, he was stressed - going from a home to shelter environment will do that to some animals. He swatted at people out of fear, it's a lot to take for an older guy-vaccinations, wormer etc. He has settled down and the swatting has decreased. He uses the litter box loves his food and is the nap king of the shelter. He really needs a sunny windowsill enjoying the view and watching the world go by.
