Boo's Story

Boo...sweet Boo. She had the roughest start of all three of the kitties she was rescued with. She was very sick with a URI initially, and this made her understandably slower to warm up. And yet, still she made such incredible progress. She likes to sit close, and gives slow blinks (a sign of trust and comfort), but still getting used to pets with a healthy dose of Churu treats on the side. She's fully healthy now, and has grown so much more comfortable with people since arriving at the sanctuary, staying calm and comfortable when people are in her personal space. Both her original caretaker and our team think that Boo too will be a wonderful match with a human family, but tenderness and patience will be needed. Spicy kitties are worth the wait. She may turn out to be the sweetest of the bunch once she fully turns the corner to loving human pets!
