Boo's Story

Meet Boo

Boo may be a little shy when you first meet him, but don't let that fool you-underneath that cautious beginning is a loving, playful boy just waiting to find his person.

Boo was found as a stray, which is why you'll notice his ear is tipped. His story may have started on the streets, but it quickly became obvious that Boo is no ordinary stray. He is a highly adoptable, loving boy who clearly wants to be someone's cherished companion.

Once Boo feels comfortable, he absolutely loves attention and playtime. He gets along well with other cats and would make a wonderful companion for a family with feline friends. He hasn't had the chance to meet dogs yet, so any introductions would need to be slow and thoughtful. Boo would also do wonderfully with gentle children of any age.

What Boo needs most is someone who understands that trust takes time. Give him patience, kindness, and the space to come out of his shell at his own pace, and he'll show you just how special he is.

For the person willing to earn Boo's trust, the reward will be immeasurable. He'll pay you back with more love, affection, and loyalty than you can imagine.

Boo may have started life as a stray, but he was clearly meant for something more. He's ready to leave his street life behind and find the forever family who will see past his initial shyness and discover the loving little heart waiting underneath.

Boo is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, FIV/FeLV negative and is litterbox trained.

Love At First Meow Cat Rescue's Adoption Policy
All potential adopters must complete an adoption application. We will verify that their name and address matches county tax records. If they have existing pets, we will contact their vet to verify that their current pets are sterilized and up to date on vaccines. If they rent their homes, we ask for landlord contact information to verify that they are, in fact, allowed to have a cat. We also ask for two non-family member personal references so that we can contact them to find out more about what kind of pet owners our potential adopters are.
