BONNIE

Bonnie is a beautiful young blue-cream Persian with a gentle spirit and a heart full of love. Despite everything she's been through, this sweet girl has shown us just how resilient cats can be.

Bonnie came to Whiskers as part of a group of rescued Persians who had suffered from severe neglect. Sadly, Bonnie's eyes had been so damaged by longstanding, untreated infections that neither could be saved. She underwent surgery to remove both eyes, freeing her from the pain and discomfort she had endured for far too long.

But don't let Bonnie's blindness fool you! She's doing wonderfully following her surgery and is already showing us that she has plenty of joy left to experience. She's a sweet, quiet girl who enjoys playing with toys and gets along well with other cats. Her gentle nature makes her an especially endearing companion.

Blind cats can live wonderfully happy, fulfilling lives.
