These two kittens with the unusual names are Bodacious William and Daisy Lumpkins! They are 3 months old and arrived at the Franklin Township Animal Shelter with their two other siblings. William and Daisy are a bit shy, but with time, they will grow accustomed to human interaction and gentle petting. They can be adopted separately, but they love each other and it would be wonderful if they could be adopted together. You can meet them and the other adoptable cats, kittens, and dogs Monday 12-2, Tuesday-Friday 12-3, or Saturday 12-5.

Franklin Township Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy

Adoption fee for dogs, cats, kittens, and rabbits is $80 per animal. Cats, dogs, rabbits and kittens are spayed/neutered. Cats, dogs, and kittens are microchipped, and up-to-date on all age-appropriate shots prior to adoption. Cats have also been tested for feline leukemia and FIV and dogs have been tested for heartworm. An adoption application may be found at the link below. Applications can be faxed to the Animal Shelter at 732-873-8902 or e-mailed to Brian.Hartman@FranklinNJ.Gov. Applications may also be dropped off in person during our open hours Tuesday-Friday 12pm-3pm Saturday 12-6pm.
