Bobby's Story

Bobby was caught and brought in as a stray. He is a little timid but is warming up to us more each day. We realized he might be older than we thought. The poor fella is very thin from trying to fend for himself outdoors. He is now on the mend to a better and happier life. Bobby is now neutered, up to date, and litter trained. Adoption fee is $50

Ritchie County Humane Society Inc.'s Adoption Policy
Adopting a pet is a simple and inexpensive process at our shelter.  You must fill out a short adoption form and then pay a small adoption fee.  Part of the adoption paperwork is promising to get your pet spayed or neutered if not already done.   Adoption Fees are as follows: Dog - spayed or neutered = $200 Dog - non-spayed or neutered = $150 Cat - spayed or neutered pet = $50 Cat - non-spayed or neutered pet = $20 (These fees are subject to change without notice, by breed, or by expenses incurred by that animal.)
