She spent her early years living outside, doing her best to survive and raising litters of kittens of her own. Now that she is safely at the Rescue Center, she is officially retired from outdoor life and ready to be the one who gets taken care of.<br/><br/>Personality<br/>Because of her past, Bobbie Jo is a bit sweet and shy when you first meet her. She takes a little time to look over her surroundings and make sure she is safe. But don't let her quiet nature fool you--once she warms up to you, she turns into a total lovebug!<br/><br/>When she feels comfortable, Bobbie Jo loves nothing more than to show her happiness by rolling around, soliciting chin scratches, and soaking up all the affection you're willing to give.<br/><br/>Ideal Home<br/>Bobbie Jo would do best in a relatively quiet, patient home where she can transition from an outdoor survivor to a pampered indoor princess at her own pace. They fill out an application. We then check references, including vet reference. We do home checks as needed. They come in to meet the animal, bring theirs preferably. We start with a foster trial to see if it is indeed a good for for everyone. We do follow ups with the families and invite them to bring the animal in to visit us or send updates
