Bob's Story
Age: 4 months
Breed: Domestic Shorthair (Brown & Grey Tabby with White, mostly black nose)
Status: CEO (Chief Executive Outlet-for-Fun)

Meet Bob! True to his namesake, this 4-month-old former CEO is ready to optimize operational efficiency and aggressively manage play-time schedules at your house. Bob takes his corporate responsibilities very seriously—especially when it comes to his sparkle balls and his ball-tower toy. Once he finishes a high-stakes quarterly session with his toys, he carefully files them away in his water dish for safe-keeping (a very unique management style, if you ask us).

While Bob leads the board in playfulness, he’s also a total softie at heart. When the workday is over, his favorite spot to power down is right on your chest for purr-filled cuddle sessions.

Bob is part of our executive kitten trio—all named after former local business leaders—alongside his littermates Al (named after a CFO) and Russ (named after a company founder). While Bob would love to be adopted with one of his C-suite colleagues, he can also be adopted on his own into a home ready for an energetic boss-man—as long as there's a young resident cat waiting to be his new associate! This little kitten is a bundle of playful energy and needs a partner-in-crime. To make sure they stay happy and thoroughly entertained, OARS only adopts kittens out in pairs or into homes that already have a resident kitten or young cat to play with.

All OARS cats and kittens are spayed or neutered, up to date on rabies and distemper, and have had dewormer medication as a preventive measure. All have tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia. Some kitties may even have a microchip.

HOW TO ADOPT

*Complete an adoption application on our website
http://www.orphananimalrescue.org/adopt

*Contact your veterinarian's office and NON-RELATED personal references to expect a phone call from someone at OARS. This helps us process the application within 2 days.

We focus on providing personalized care for these cats in a loving, home-like environment. Cats live in cozy rooms (cage-free!) where they can play with their favorite toys, watch bird feeder activity, and nap in a favorite sunny spot.
To save as many lives as possible, we partner directly with other rescues and shelters to focus our efforts on overcrowded facilities and kitties who require extra TLC to prepare them for adoption. Because of this, we cannot accept cats directly from the public. Everything we do is fueled by your generosity! As a 100% donation-supported rescue, every dollar goes straight toward food, supplies, and veterinary care for the animals in our hands.

Get involved and be part of the difference for these pets.
Facebook: ORPHAN ANIMAL RESCUE AND SANCTUARY
Website: OrphanAnimalRescue.org
Instagram: @OARSRescue
TikTok: @OARSRescue
