Bob's Story

Meet Bob!

Bob is a 1-year-old handsome brown tabby shorthaired cat who’s ready to find a loving home to call his own. He came to us from a local county animal control after being removed from less-than-ideal living conditions, and he’s been patiently waiting since 3/31/2026 for his second chance.

Bob is still adjusting to shelter life and may be a bit shy at first, but with time, patience, and a calm environment, he’s sure to come out of his shell. He would likely do best in a quieter home with adopters who understand that building trust takes time and are willing to let him settle in at his own pace. With gentle encouragement and a consistent routine, Bob has so much potential to grow into a loving and loyal companion.

Bob is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations and preventatives. If you’re interested in meeting Bob or learning more, please reach out to an adoption counselor by phone at (517) 626-6060 or email at adoptions@adoptlansing.org. He’s more than ready to find a patient, caring home where he can feel safe and truly thrive.
