She can be a little shy when she first meets someone and may take a little time to warm up, but once she does, Blue absolutely melts for head scratches and attention and will follow you wherever you go. Blue is playful and loves chasing the laser and playing with string toys. Her foster mom says she loves to have the zoomies, especially if there are stairs. She loves to be chased so she might be good with an older child. She also likes scratching posts and cat tv. Blue likes hanging around doors so she may be a bit of an escape artist. She would be best suited for a young couple or a single person who can spend time with this gentle and quiet active cat. Blue has been known to sit on laps but doesn't necessarily like being picked up. Catch her off guard around her middle and she's usually fine. She should be an only pet and would probably be better in a home with older children due to her getting easily over stimulated. If you're looking for a sweet, independent cat, then Blue is waiting for you. Fill out an application online on the Parma Animal Shelter website and not on Adopt a pet or Petfinder. You will receive an email once the application has been approved. Blue is available as a foster to adopt.
