Blue's Story

Blue and his BFF Ghost are currently in foster care and ready for adoption via our virtual process!

Blue, a 5-year-old male has been described by his long-term foster as a "a funny, snuggly boy." He's curious about the world and loves to explore his foster parents' apartment. He particularly loves to people watch by sitting near windows and looking below at NYC streets.

Blue is also incredibly cuddly. He loves to find a warm place to nap throughout the day. His favorite time of day is breakfast, followed closely by his morning snuggles with his foster parents.

"Blue is also talkative in the most adorable way. While he's typically independent throughout the day, you'll know when he's ready for attention because he'll make the cutest "meow" noises to ask for pets."

Blue loves to play with Ghost, his bonded brother. They usually have "play spurts" every few hours which is ideal, as they keep each other busy! Having them together helps both these wonderful boys to settle in and feel secure in new environments. You can count on extra snuggles and the peace of watching them interact and groom each other.

Submit an adoption survey from above and our team will reach out via phone or email (check spam) to schedule a counseling call. For any additional questions, please contact fosternyc@bestfriends.org.

Please remember, pets cannot be held or reserved.
