Meet Arthur and Blitzer! <br/>These two boys may come from very different backgrounds—and be very different ages—but their bond is truly undeniable.<br/>Arthur is a big, chonky 4-year-old who has been through more than most cats ever should. He was rescued from an abandoned hoarding house in rough condition, facing multiple medical challenges. Since coming into rescue, Arthur has undergone extensive care, including a dental procedure that resulted in nearly a full mouth extraction due to suspected trauma, as well as two eye surgeries to correct entropion. Now healing from his second surgery, Arthur is finally able to see comfortably—and he’s doing so much better! Through it all, he has remained incredibly sweet, gentle, and affectionate. He naturally takes on a caregiver role with other cats and has the kindest soul.<br/>Blitzer, on the other hand, was found as a kitten on a farm among many strays. Now about 8 months old, he’s grown into a playful, loving, and affectionate young boy. He brings a fun, light energy wherever he goes and absolutely adores companionship.<br/>Somehow, these two found each other—and formed the sweetest connection. Arthur has taken Blitzer under his wing, stepping into the “mom” role, while Blitzer looks to him for comfort and companionship. They love nothing more than snuggling together and staying close.<br/>Arthur is just finishing up healing from his latest eye surgery, and both boys will be ready for their forever home after 5/5.
