Bliss

Bliss is a gentle, soft-hearted cat who was found on the cold streets of Milwaukee caring for her kittens before being brought to safety. She is on the shyer side at first, but once she feels comfortable, her sweet and affectionate nature shines through, along with a loud, content purr. She enjoys gentle pets and quiet companionship, though shes just as happy spending her time relaxing and napping in a sunny spot as she is engaging in light play. Bliss would thrive in a calm, patient home that allows her to continue building confidence at her own pace, and she does well with other cats and may adjust well to a calm dog. She would be best suited for a home with older, respectful children only. Bliss came to us with an eye infection that has caused occasional swelling of her upper right eyelid; she has been doing great, but may need eye drops during flare-ups.
