Blanche

Blanche is a beautiful, incredibly sweet girl who loves affection and being close to her people. She is wonderfully cuddly, loves to nuzzle up against your face, and is quick to settle in with a happy purr.<br/><br/>Like her littermates, Blanche experienced a severe upper respiratory infection as a young kitten. She recovered well, although she may still occasionally have some mild sneezing. Blanche experienced more significant complications from the infection, including damage to one eye that ultimately required surgical removal. She has adapted beautifully, and having one eye does not affect her quality of life or her ability to play, explore, climb, or enjoy life like any other kitten.<br/><br/>Because of the severity of her illness as a kitten, her adopters should be aware of her medical history and monitor for any future respiratory or eye-related concerns. Blanche continues to have mild residual upper-respiratory symptoms, including occasional sneezing, mild nasal discharge, and some noisy breathing.
