Blake and Colin Feral (bonded pair)'s Story
Meet best buds and resident Fishtown Animal Hospital bonded pair Blake and Colin Feral!

Blake has been our loving companion and therapy cat at the hospital for years. He was initially saved from the euthanasia list because he had a tail pull injury and wasn’t able to urinate on his own. Though he is special needs because he needs his bladder expressed twice a day, we can confidently say there is no cat quite like Blake. He has gained a thousand nicknames for all the cute and ridiculous things he does every day. It’s hard to find an animal he doesn’t want to befriend and there is no human he doesn’t love. He has comforted patients while they recover from surgeries and tried to escape in every carrier or box in the hospital. He welcomes all the hospital fosters and, if given the chance, will liberate them out of any room or cage.

Blake quickly became best friends with Colin Feral who was petrified of people and animals when he arrived. Colin is a true diamond in the rough. He came to the rescue as a very scared, shy, timid boy. It takes some patience and loving persistence for him to let you in but once he does, he's yours fur-ever! He may come across as a tough guy from the streets but once you get to know him, you can see his heart of gold. Colin is FIV+ and takes medicine twice a day for his hyperthyroidism (he eats it like a champ with his food).

Blake and Colin two spend their days playing, laying on the treatment tables and convincing you they have never had treats before. It has taken us a lot to put these kids up for adoption but we know if there was a perfect home to welcome both of them as a bonded pair, we would let them go. Could you be that perfect family?

Blake DOB: 11/21/2019
Colin DOB: 2/26/2020

Ready to make Blake and Colin part of your family forever?
