Meet Blackjack Blackjack is a 10-year-old cat living with FeLV (Feline Leukemia Virus). He was originally trapped outdoors, but because of his FeLV status, he could not be returned to his colony. Instead, he has found comfort and safety in sanctuary life. Blackjack adores the company of other cats and can often be found lounging peacefully beside his favorite feline friends. While he's still very fearful of people and not ready for much direct interaction, he thrives in the presence of his cat companions and enjoys the calm of a predictable routine. He is looking for a very special adopter-someone with experience, patience, and a quiet home who understands that trust takes time. Blackjack would do best in a home with another FeLV positive cat who could be his companion. With kindness and understanding, he could continue to blossom at his own pace while enjoying the comfort of a loving, safe environment.
