Birdie (and Bizzy)

Little Birdie was rescued from a harsh life on the streets, along with several siblings. She assimilated into a family of female kittens, so she could have a lifetime of sisterly companionship. Initially wary of people, Birdie was the first of her litter to succumb to the pleasures of a good snuggle. Once you earn her trust, she is game for a long snuggle session on your chest, purring like a motor the entire time. <br/><br/>But she is also a kitten, so raucous play with her sisters is a required part of her day! So expect a lifetime of snuggle and shenanigans!<br/><br/>Birdie is now part of a pair, along with her sister Bizzy. For the sake of their emotional and mental well-being, we only adopt kittens out in pairs. Generally, cats love the company of other cats, and can become quite lonely when living alone.<br/><br/><br/>Kittens will only be placed in pairs, or to join another kitten or young cat in your home.<br/><br/>Chicago Cat Rescue is an entirely foster-based organization. Our ability to help more cats in need is dependent on our availability of foster homes.
