Meet Billy — our one and only Silly Billy<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a cat who will bring nonstop affection and personality into your home, Billy is your guy. This sweet young adult (estimated birthday summer 2023) is the definition of love in motion — he’s always making biscuits, whether it’s in the air while he’s laying belly-up, circling around you kneading the ground, or cozied up on your chest turning you into his personal bakery. He’s truly a happy easy-going kitty who loves life and always wakes up in a good mood. He comes from a hard past life surviving on the streets (his foster mom can share the whole story with you) and he is now extra appreciative of all the luxuries that indoor life provides, and he makes sure to let you know he doesn’t take a single day for granted!<br/><br/>Billy has low-shed, super shiny, unbelievably soft fur that practically glows, and a high squeaky voice that he uses often. His squeaks are adorable, unique, and guaranteed to make you smile. Billy is incredibly gentle — truly zero hiss or swat ever. His foster mom says there isn’t a mean bone in his body… honestly, we’re not even sure he knows how to hiss.<br/><br/>Affection is Billy’s love language. He head bumps you like it’s his job, flops over dramatically for attention, and happily accepts belly rubs anytime (yes, really!). When he’s especially happy and relaxed, his little tongue hangs out, which somehow makes him even more endearing (and don’t worry, his recent full dental has his pearly whites commercial-ready).<br/><br/>Billy is also playful and athletic — a total goofball who doesn’t take himself too seriously. He’s curious, silly, and loves to flip and flop and roll over side to side. He’s in tip-top shape and very agile, which can be especially seen during his favorite wand toy sessions where he shows off his impressive moves. He’s the perfect balance of playful and cuddly.<br/><br/>When it’s time to wind down, Billy transforms into the ultimate snuggle buddy. He’ll happily sleep tucked into your armpit or under the covers, and will join you on the couch as a lap buddy for a movie or a good book. He’s confident, social, and interactive — he truly just wants to be wherever his people are and will come running when called.<br/><br/>Billy is sweet natured and gentle so he does wonderfully with children of all ages and with cat-friendly dogs, but he prefers to be the only cat in the home. He must be adopted as a true single kitty with no plans for future feline additions since he does not get along with most other cats due to some traumatic past cat interactions he had so he’s very guarded around other cats**.<br/>**There is however one sweet cat in his foster home he likes and with whom he shares some history so Billy gets along with him very well with him; so can be adopted alongside Cairo if a family is looking to adopt a pair, but otherwise Billy is a great single Pringle adoption candidate.<br/><br/>If you’re ready for a super-duper affectionate, endlessly entertaining goofy companion who will fill your home with love, laughter, and biscuits… Billy is ready to meet you.<br/><br/>To start the adoption process, an application must be completed and approved.
