Meet Billy! He loves feathery toys and is becoming more and more curious every day! He may be reserved at first but ventures out especially with the help of those fun feathers! <br/><br/>We've learned that the longer we hang out with Billy, the more interactive he becomes. He's been a joy to get to know and to spend time with. Billy loves to be petted and will let you know when he is feeling all affectionate and when he feels like he has other fun stuff to explore! He isn't a huge fan of being held and asks that you respect that but he definitely is a dude who still likes to be around whatever is going on. <br/><br/>We think that a home on the quiet side would be best for Billy. Once he is comfortable in a situation, he sure does shine! We'd love for him to be able to blossom in a home environment, too! If there are other cats in the home, they should be playful and like to rough-and-tumble around like Billy does! <br/><br/>He is a little over two years old and he is neutered. Adopt Billy!
