Billie is the sweetest little guy who loves to play but is also an ADVANCED-level snugglebug! This adorable young kitty was found all alone and starving in a farmer’s field. Thanks to the love and dedication of a wonderful foster, Billie was nursed back to health and is now a happy, playful, affectionate boy who’s ready for his next chapter. All Billie needs now is a family to call his own. Could you be the one he’s been waiting for? Kittens are available through our Foster-to-Adopt Program, which allows approved adopters to take the kitten home sooner and still get their required medical completed.
