Send an email to wilson.animal.rescue@fuse.net and we will email you an online application. Please, be certain that our response doesn't end up in your spam folder. Also, we do not adopt to first time pet owners. Client's must have an excellent vet reference. TO SUPPORT OUR RESCUE EFFORTS, you may send a tax deductible donation.
