Meet Big Daddy Red
Big Daddy Red, aka BDR., was rescued with his brother in April when his owner passed away. Even though he weighs in at hefty 12 pounds, BDR is a sweet, shy boy who wants nothing more than a spot to lay and a scratch behind his ears (and around his hilariously gigantic jowls). He's a little bit of a goofball, too - he comes running when a can of cat food is opened, but only likes to eat dry food!
He enjoys the company of other cats, but tends to get pushed around by those with strong personalities, even if they're half his weight! We think he would do well solo or with another gentle cat for a friend.
BDR is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV. He's probably around 6 years old.
