Meet our big shelter star Big Al!<br/><br/>Big Al is looking for his forever home because he is up for adoption! <br/><br/>Big Al is a 8-year old DSH male guy. He is neutered, microchipped and vaccinated. <br/><br/>A little about him:<br/><br/>- he loves food too much. His new home would have to keep him on his feeding schedule so he remains healthy and loosing weight. <br/> -he has to be the only animal in the home forever. He will eat any food he sees- no matter what it is. <br/>-he hates dogs and dominant cats. <br/>-he loves sleeping in a bed, chair, couch. <br/>-window views are his favorite. <br/>-he loves humans and to be your shadow. <br/>-he loves cat nip toys and scratch posts. <br/>-he is good with older kids and doesn't care much for younger kids. -He doesn't like to have kids pull on him or over touch him. <br/><br/>Big Al is on a strict diet. When we got him, he was 25 pounds. He lost 2 pounds here however, being at his foster home, he now weighs 21 pounds! He looks fabulous and his energy is up! <br/><br/>We have had him since August, 2025 and he is now ready to leave us and go to a forever home! Adoption Information Fees: Cat adoptions are $125-$200 Kitten Adoptions are $180 Dog Adoptions are $250 and up Puppy Adoptions are $350 and up All animals are spayed/neutered and up-to-date on all vaccinations   HOW TO ADOPT: *Fill out an adoption application at www.pphsc.com. Once approved, you will be contacted or you can stop in during out open hours to view available animals. We do not "hold" animals while you wait to see if your application is approved. * Once approved, you can adopt. We do not do same day adoptions. * All adoptions include: spay/neuter; Up-to-date vaccinations; micro-chipped. *We are open Monday - Friday - 11am - 2pm Saturday & Sunday by appointment by approved applications only.
