Beth's Story

Great news! My adoption fee has been paid by someone who loves me and wants me to find a great home.
Hi, I'm Beth! I'm one of those cats who believes the best relationships are worth waiting for. I've discovered I need a moment to assess the situation before diving into the whole "being adorable" thing. But don't worry - once I figure out you're as wonderful as you seem, I transform into a gentle love bug who melts at soft pets and quiet conversations. I've had enough experience with cats to know that I'm not super comfortable with them or getting to know them, so I'd prefer to live without them.
Here's what you need to know about me:
I'm a special placement cat. I'm pretty particular about my perfect home and my family may need to stick around for awhile to learn all about my needs. My adoption process may take a little longer, but I'm worth the time!
I can be shy in new spaces. I need a family who will let me take things at my own pace as I learn about new things. Once I come out of my shell, I have lots of love to give.
If there are kids in my new home, I prefer them to be older than 6 and would like to meet them before going home. An adoption counselor can tell you more.
I need a home without cats. We just don't get along - even if they don't mind me, I can't be in the same home with them.
Primary Color: Black Weight: 12.28125lbs Age: 4yrs 2mths 1wks Animal has been Spayed
