BETH's Story

Hi there...my name is Beth, and I’m finally ready for a fresh start. Life has been a little overwhelming for me at times. I came to the shelter from a home with lots of other cats, and on the very same day I arrived, I gave birth to my babies! I spent my first few months with the shelter in foster being a devoted mama and making sure my kittens were safe, healthy, and loved. Once they were grown enough, my kittens were adopted and so was I, but that home didn't work out. So now it’s finally my turn to find a home where I can relax and just be someone’s beloved girl. I can be shy when meeting new people, and sometimes the world feels a little big and scary to me at first. If I seem unsure in the beginning, I promise I’m not being unfriendly, I just need a little patience and kindness while I learn to trust. Once I feel safe, my sweet personality starts to shine through. I would do best in a calm home with people who understand that some cats need time to blossom. I’m not a fan of dogs, and too much activity can make me nervous, but I have done well with other cats in the past. I’d also prefer a home with older children who can respect my space and let me settle in at my own pace. Even though I’m timid, I enjoy gentle play, cozy naps nearby, and quiet companionship. Deep down, I really want to feel safe, loved, and spoiled the way every cat deserves. If you have a patient heart and a peaceful home, I think we could be something really special together. Come meet me and let me show you the gentle soul behind these shy eyes! The Adoption Fee Includes: - initial feline distemper combination vaccination - first deworming or stool check - rabies vaccination (for animals over 3 months of age) - 24 Petwatch microchipping - flea treatment/preventative - spaying or neutering Adoption Cost: $75.00 FELV/FIV Testing provided for an additional fee of $35.00. Encouraged for multi cat household.
