Bert Muppet's Story

If you’re looking for a kitten who brings constant joy, laughter, and just the right amount of delightful chaos into your home, Bert is ready to be your guy. At around three months old, Bert is right in that magical kitten stage where everything is exciting, every toy is the best toy ever, and every person is his new favorite friend. He is incredibly confident and curious, the kind of kitten who walks into a room like he owns it, tail up, eyes bright, ready to explore every corner and make himself at home within minutes.

Bert absolutely loves people. He doesn’t hesitate, he doesn’t hide—he comes right up to you expecting pets, attention, and affection like it’s his full-time job. And honestly, he takes that job very seriously. He leans into your hand, follows you around, and happily accepts all the love you’re willing to give. He has that perfect balance of independence and affection—playful and busy when he’s exploring, but quick to come back for check-ins and cuddles.

Watch his YouTube video now https://youtu.be/E7I303GBGm0?si=liQ7KyY6yt30B0Pa

Playtime with Bert is something special. He is full of silly, goofy kitten energy and knows how to use it. He’ll chase toys with full commitment, pounce with dramatic flair, and zoom across the room like he’s in a race only he can see. Watching him play is guaranteed entertainment—he’s expressive, bouncy, and completely joyful in everything he does. Whether it’s batting at a toy, chasing something imaginary, or tumbling around with his brother, Bert puts his whole heart into having fun.

And speaking of his brother, Bert absolutely adores Ernie. The two of them together are nonstop entertainment. They wrestle, chase, leap over each other, and then collapse into a pile of kitten cuddles like nothing ever happened. Their bond is sweet, playful, and full of personality. Bert shines on his own, but he truly thrives when he has a buddy to share his adventures with.

At the end of the day, Bert is just a genuinely happy kitten. He’s outgoing, affectionate, playful, and full of life. He’s the kind of cat who will grow into a confident, loving companion who always keeps your home feeling lively and warm. If you’re ready for a kitten who will make you laugh daily, follow you everywhere, and fill your life with fun and affection, Bert is ready to meet you.

Application: https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/62cc8e128b02916730334440/69f369ea1501b92bdf03b9a6

Questions? Statistics show that there are over 1 million homeless animals in this region alone. Three Little Pitties Rescue is a nonprofit dog and cat rescue that partners with the community to make a difference. Our mission is to reduce the homeless pet population through community outreach, free spay and neuter services, and saving all breeds of dogs and cats from the streets or animal shelters that oftentimes have no other option but to euthanize animals for space. This kitty you’ve found online is lucky to be in our program, and even luckier to have you notice it!

Three Little Pitties Rescue (3LP) wants to set you and your new family member up for success! In addition to a fully vetted furbaby you also receive other additional perks such as a code for a free bag of cat litter AND a code for 50% off a 2nd bag of litter from Catalyst Pet, coupons for a fun visit to Petco, and support through our Facebook Adopters group where you can connect with thousands of other adopters, 3LP volunteers, fosters and staff. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescues and will require continued efforts but are well on their way to being the best kitties that they can be! We ask that you give them time (can take weeks to months) to decompress in their new home, do slow introductions to other pets and let their true personalities have a chance to come through.

We celebrated our 7 year anniversary this year! Through the combined efforts of all of our hardworking staff and volunteers, we have placed over 16,000 very lucky dogs and cats into amazing homes! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives! The pet you adopt, and you create an opportunity for another animal to be saved in that spot. Together, we can be heroes.

Follow our rescue journey through the links below!

https://www.facebook.com/ThreeLittlePittiesRescueSavingKitties/
https://www.instagram.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/
https://www.facebook.com/threelittlepittiesrescue/

*Due to the rising cost of fuel and transportation expenses, there will be an additional $87 surcharge for transport.

DISCLAIMER- Breed type is determined based on general appearance and behavioral characteristics, and cannot be guaranteed unless DNA test results were provided at intake.*
