Benny's Story

Meet Benny!

Benny is a handsome black cat around 4 years old who just needs a little time to show you his sweet side. He can be affectionate and loving, but he may take a minute to warm up and feel comfortable in a new environment.

Once Benny decides you're his person, he has a very adorable way of asking for attention-he'll flop onto his back to let you know he's ready for some pets! It's hard to resist a kitty who has mastered the art of saying, "Okay, I'm ready for love now."

Benny would love a patient person who will give him the time and space to settle in at his own pace. In return, he'll reward you with his sweet personality, affectionate moments, and plenty of adorable belly-up invitations for pets.

Could Benny be your new best friend?

Cheyenne Animal Shelter's Adoption Policy
As Wyoming’s largest animal adoption agency, CAS has the widest selections of cats and dogs, rabbits, small mammals and more in Wyoming. Visit our shelter today, or visit Adoptable Cats, Adoptable Dogs or Working Cats to view pictures and profiles of all pets in need of homes! Visit our website to see available animals or visit the adoptable animals at the Cheyenne Animal Shelter. We have three large dog adoption rooms, “cat alley” and critter space. While visiting the Cheyenne Animal Shelter, a CAS adoption counselor will help you find the pet who is the best match for your family and lifestyle. Once you find your match, a Cheyenne Animal Shelter staff person will begin the adoption process, which often takes as little as an hour. Once you have reviewed all adoption paperwork, you’ll pay the adoption fee. Then, you’re ready to take home your new furry family member.
