DOGS: Applications are required to be approved to adopt Please request an application by e-mailing adopt@thehss.org and supply your PHONE NUMBER and we will email you an adoption application and adoption information asap. You can also fill one out at the shelter, but we advise you send a fully filled out application before you visit, as it is unlikely, we can approve your application while you are there due to time constraints. You may also message us on our Facebook page to request an application or call the shelter at 501-268-3535 to request and application. Please supply your e-mail address and phone number. CATS: You may come to the shelter and apply and adopt cats or kittens.
